Case: Rooh – a new product website for tailored shower solutions

Rooh is the latest exclusive addition to the Tapwell Group, offering high-quality, custom-made shower solutions for the modern home. In the spring of 2025, Rooh needed to quickly launch a new website to showcase its product range and give customers the opportunity to design their dream shower directly online.

The Challenge: A Tight Timeline and High Demands for Flexibility

As a completely new brand, Rooh needed to quickly establish its digital presence ahead of summer 2025. The project had a tight schedule with a launch set for May. In addition to a sleek product website with high design ambitions, we developed a variant selector capable of handling thousands of possible combinations, based on the client’s smart article number structure. The solution needed to reflect the brand’s design standards while also being flexible enough to scale as the product range grows and evolves.

 

The Solution: Headless Architecture and a Shared Platform

Just like with Haven, we chose to build Rooh’s website on Litium Commerce Cloud with React Accelerator as a headless frontend. This gave Rooh several advantages:

  • The headless architecture allowed us to build and iterate on the variant selector in parallel with other development work.
  • A smooth connection to the Jeeves ERP ensures that product data is always accurate and up to date.
  • Synergies with Haven: Since Rooh and Haven share the same platform and version, new functionality or improvements developed for one brand can often be reused for the other—saving time and resources while also providing a consistent experience for editors and administrators.

 

The Result: An Inspiring and Technically Robust Product Website

The outcome is a modern, stylish, and informative product website that helps Rooh communicate its assortment and brand digitally. The variant selector makes it easy for users to create customized shower solutions with numerous options, while Rooh maintains full control over product data and logic thanks to the integration with PIM and Jeeves.

Thanks to a clear strategy and close collaboration with the client, we were able to deliver the project from start to launch in just a few months—despite the complex requirements and high design ambitions.

 

Learnings and Next Steps

The project highlights the strength of building on a flexible headless architecture that can scale and adapt as new needs arise. It also demonstrates the value of letting multiple brands share the same platform and solution: functionality developed for Haven can quickly be applied to Rooh—and vice versa—creating long-term advantages both technically and economically.
