HAKI Safety AB (publ) is an international industrial group focused on safety products and solutions that create safe working conditions.
HAKI’s sales are conducted primarily through resellers, its sales organization, and HAKI’s e-commerce. The e-commerce solution is built on Litium’s e-commerce platform, Litium Commerce Cloud, and offers, among other things, rich product information and documentation, modern e-commerce with leasing options, and sales-driving campaigns.
In the autumn of 2023, Rove was commissioned to help HAKI further develop its e-commerce business—including enhancements to HAKI’s e-commerce site (www.haki.se) and the development of a new website for HAKI Safety (www.hakisafety.com).
The new HAKI Safety website was launched in just two months and includes, among other things, a complete integration with Modular Finance for press releases, share information, insider trading, and image archives.
Business development is driven through monthly business meetings, where the group makes decisions on priorities, new business initiatives, and operational issues. As input for these meetings, performance against set KPIs and goals is presented.
During autumn 2023, haki.se was further developed with new features, including the implementation of Briqpay with leasing and invoice payments via Wasa as a new payment method. In Q1 2024, a new project was initiated for the launch of HAKI’s e-commerce in the UK.
HAKI’s technical solution is built on Litium Commerce Cloud, with integrations to Microsoft Dynamics AX, Lime CRM, Modular Finance, Briqpay, Nordea, Svea, among others, for payment solutions. Hotjar is used to record and analyze user behavior.
