This is included in Rove Support:

  • Backup team on standby ready to step in when needed
  • Case management system for incidents and reports
  • No setup cost if there is an ongoing project or Rove Retainer
  • An Incident Manager who confirms, prioritizes, classifies, and reports back on the incident
  • Monthly follow-ups to keep the backup team up to date with your solution:
    • New features developed, upgrades, etc.
    • Incidents that have occurred and their resolutions
    • Lessons learned to be applied to future work (process, knowledge, solution, etc.)
  • Maintaining technical documentation
  • Can be terminated at any time with 3 months’ notice
  • Time spent per incident is billed on a running basis
  • System and API monitoring (optional add-on)
