How does e-commerce differ between B2B and B2C?

Digital B2B commerce has many similarities with consumer commerce but differs in several important areas. The target audience consists of decision-makers within companies, the customer journey is different, products are often more complex, there are multiple sales channels, more complex pricing and contract structures, and organizations are typically structured differently compared to consumer retailers.

Together with Rove, we launched our new e-commerce on a very tight timeline ahead of Black Week, and they delivered as promised.
